Summer Squash Bake
Very tasty! I added a sprinkling of sugar and next time I think I'll add some garlic.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
I made it with a few of the changes listed by others. Here is what I did: 1.5 cups flour, 1/2 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper. Mixed together and then added 1 egg, 1.5 T olive oil, 1.5 T water, 1/3 + 1/4 c. milk. Spread on greased pan that was sprinkled w/ cornmeal. I baked at 400 for 13 min. (next time will probably do 15-17 min). Added cheese and my toppings (sausage & pepperoni) and baked for 12 more minutes. Added some more cheese and baked 3 min. more. Turned out really well and the kids liked it too. I think I would back a little more in the beginning because I like my crust a little crispier but overall, it was really good.

Chicken Spaghetti II
Hey sister-in-law........your recipe is getting popular! We love this too! The only thing that I do differently is to saute some onions and minced garlic in a little butter before melting the soup and cheese. Also, I add in a can of cream of mushroom soup along w/ the cream of chicken. So good!!!!
