Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
When I saw the title of this recipe I was thinking more like peppercorn sort of pepper steak, not bell peppers. This recipe is very similar to one called Asian beef. Nonetheless, this is a really good recipe. I made it exactly as written. The sauce was an excellent consistency and the beef was very tender. This is nice because you can use an inexpensive cut of meat and still get great results. I will make this again.
