Just ate this tonight. I thought it was good once it was made into a sandwich. The meat tasted like a roast but with a kick from the pepperoncini. It wasn't as hot as what some other people said. I toasted hoagie buns buttered the top slice and put some garlic salt on it. Added the meat and the pepperoncinis, topped it with provolone and put it under the broiler till it melted. It was really good then. I ate it with cold pepperoncinis also. My boyfriend told me I need to make it next week.

Chicken and Chorizo Pasta Bake

When I made this I used shrimp and chorizo. The only chorizo I could find was the little "sausage" like rolled ones in a small package. A very different flavor then the kind that I am used to. I think next time I make this I will use chicken and shrimp. It would be way better that way.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This is my favorite ever!!! I've made this twice now. I use chicken broth instead of water and also add some corn as well. LOVE IT!

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Boyfriend loved it and said we needed to add it to the recipe folder. I also used enchilada sauce, like other reviewers said. i put some on the bottom and some on top. And of course, cause I love cheese, I covered them in cheese. I omitted the crushed chips.

Green Chili and Cheese Chicken

I thought it was pretty good. Since I was very lazy this day, I didn't make the little pocket..I just put the green chilis on top of the chicken and then covered it in cheese. It was great. The cheese was nice and crispy. The only thing I wasn't too much a fan of was the fajita seasoning. I think it would be better with my everyday seasonings.

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

It was really hot. I don't know if it's because we used the jalapeno hot sauce on them or if it was the adobo sauce but they were hot. I couldn't stop eating them though.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

I thought it was really good. I love the sauce!! I didn't seed the whole jalapeno. The stuffing tasts a little like my chicken enchiladas, so I'm gonna experiment with stuffing ingrediants.

Jalapeno Hot Sauce

I used half the vinegar and bf deseededless then half the jalapenos. Next time we will deseed more because it is hot! Good tho.

Chicken Enchiladas V

I absolutely love the dish. My fiance says these are the best chicken enchiladas he has ever had. The only thing that I do different is, I don't use only 1 cup of cheese...I pretty much cover it with cheese. LOVE IT!!!
