Quinoa and Black Beans

We really liked this! It's very easy to make, and you can throw in whatever you want. I added tomatoes, and used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth. This is the first time I've ever had quinoa.

Awesome salad! I used EVOO instead of canola oil, did not use cranberries and substituted agave nectar for sugar. Really pretty, yummy salad!

Amazing!!! I used almond extract instead of anise, these are awesome! I also added some crushed almonds to the batter. And topped them off with almond bark with sprinkles, some with almond bark and crushed almonds, and the others with drizzles of almond bark.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Loved this! Used 8oz of mushrooms instead of 4 and less cheese on top- 1 cup instead of 2. We ate it by itself instead of serving on pasta, just to keep it low carb.

I make these all of the time and they are a hit! I get the italian ground turkey, so it's already preseasoned, and I add cheese to the top of everyone when 10 min is left on the clock.

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

I'm not a fan of curry powder nor raisins. So, I eliminated both of those and this was fantastic! I served it with a small salad of mixed greens, balsamic vinegar & olive oil, topped with some feta.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

The Best scones I have ever had in my life!!! I used half of the recipe and added 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon. I topped them with a little icing, and these were Amazing!
