Eggplant Supper Soup
I made this when my hubby was under the weather. I had planned on eggplant parmesan that night, but had to come up with a back up plan pretty quickly and this was just wonderful

Apple Chicken Stew
I loved this recipe. I served it in homemade bread bowls. I also used half white and half sweet potatoes as someone suggested and it was wonderful.

World's Best Lasagna
I made this for my graduation luncheon at work and it was all gone before the end of lunch! Some people even missed out on getting any. Better luck next time i will definately be making this again!
