Recipe is PERFECT just as it is--I didn't change a thing! I used the "Basic Flaky Pie Crust" for the crust and did add 1 tsp. vinegar & 1 Tblsp. sugar (adds flakiness & sweetness, I was told)--it was LoVeLy as well. This pie ROCKS!!!!
