Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
This is really good! It does taste like an authentic enchilada sauce (judged from the restaurant enchilada sauces I've had at least). I didn't use the specific chili powder called for, though, just used the ordinary kind. Maybe that would have made it even better. As it was, it turned out a good amount, consistency, and well-spiced taste. With ground meat, corn tortillas, some chopped onion, garlic, and cheddar cheese it made a simple, easy, and very tasty enchilada dinner that everyone liked!

Grandma B's Bean Soup
Oh my goodness is this delicious! This soup really tastes like good ole' fashioned home-cooking! I was looking for a recipe that would be as good as some ham and bean soup that I had at a Sunday church lunch, and this is definitely as good if not better. I've made quite a few recipes off this site and this is my favorite so far for ease and taste. I did make a few recommended modifications: bay leaves, plenty of salt and pepper, chicken broth, and a partially cooked ham steak (my own idea; pan-fried and put pan juices and the little bone in the pot for flavor).

Linguine with Peppers and Sausage
I love this recipe! It's not something I can make all the time since we don't keep wine around, but when bell peppers go on sale I buy the wine and this goes on the menu! If you like spicy it's even better with red pepper flakes. I like it best with bowtie pasta as well.
