Mashed Potato Cakes

SO good! I left out onion and hot sauce and added some garlic powder and mexican seasoning to give it some "kick" I also added some shredded parm!! Served it on half a whole wheat bagel with some melted cheese....yum!!

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

SO good!! We hardly ever make pork but this recipe was perfect for it...every time I make pork chops I will use this recipe! The only change I did was instead of water I used chicken broth!

Irish Lamb Stew

This was okay, I didn't particularly like it just because it was too sweet for my liking. I also had to add a bunch of things to get the taste right...my family liked it though! Good recipe if you have lamb to get rid of, but I probably wont make this again

SO good, everyone loved this!!! I didn't have any brown sugar so I just used some dark corn syrup. I also followed other peoples reviews and added some cinnomon.

This was very good, and my entire family loved it...they even wanted seconds and I was all out! I will make this again, however cut down the breading alot b/c there was waaaayyyyyy too much!

Zippy Swiss Steak

SO good! I had to make a few minor adjustments...I only had a can of rotel so I used that and a can of beef broth...the only thing I migh change next time is adding a little bit of flour or cornstarch to the onion mixture to make it a little bit thicker...other then that it was wonderful!

Cream of Broccoli Soup II

This had a wonderful taste but the texture was all weird...I did what others had done and used potato flakes...maybe that was the problem? I prefer my broccoli cheese soup much creamier...I probably won't be making this again just b/c of that...it tasted good though!

Very good and very easy to make! I did what others had said and added some garlic and italian seasoning. I only had green peppers on hand, but next time I think I will add some red pepper as well seeing as those are my favorite!

Lentil Soup II

VERY good!!! I was hungry and was scrownging in the kitchen to put something together...this is very easy and filling!I did what others said and sauted the onion with garlic; I also put some bacon and worcestershire to add some zip! Will definitely make again.

Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta

I did mine differently...like other people said I cooked the chicken with olive oil AND white wine vinegar...I also aded a little bit of cream of chicken soup to give it more of a saucy taste. I didn't have crushed red pepper so I just added some red bell pepper along with the asparagus. All in all it was a good light meal.

Marinade for Steak I

I would probably give this 5 stars but after marinading them for hours my dad took them and grilled them on the BBQ....so they were too charred and BBQ tasting to even taste the marinade...I will try this again and broil them though, bc it seems like an awesome marinade!

This was VERY good...they serve this at one of my favorite restaraunts and I was so glad to find the recipe...only thing I did different was to also add some crumbled bacon on top of it!

Mushroom Wild Rice Bake

So midway through starting this recipe I realized I didn't have mushrooms! So I instead added a cann of peas and a can of tomatoes, along with a little bit of packaged gravy...It was very good and a wonderful alternative to just plain old rice!

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

This was good...but 2 tablespoons of flour is NOT enough to coat the chicken...I will make this again but with changes. First I will definitely dredge the chicken in way more flour, and I also found that it was a little bland for my taste and even after adding lemon and oregano to the mixture that was poured over it was still missing something...I will definitely play with it, but overall a good meal.
