Chococonut Chip Cookies

I had a craving for some sort of coconut and chocolate chip cookie and this did quite well. Unfortunately, I didn't have brown sugar and I was able to use some maple syrup and white sugar as a substitute and they still came out pretty good. I cannot wait to try them with the real ingredients. Thanks!

Waffles I

Banana Muffins II

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

I cannot believe they came out as good as they did. I used organic pb with no extra sugar or anything and they are just spectacular. I also didnt have any baking powder, but that really didn't seem to make much of a difference. Thank you!

Pumpkin Cookies I

I really liked this recipe. To me it was a great thanksgiving twist on oatmeal and raisin. As someone else suggested, I substituted dried cranberries (craisins) for the raisins and it was fabulous! Thanks for the recipe!

Loved this recipe! Like another person said I substituted half of the sugar for brown sugar and added a some nutmeg, allspice, and ground ginger. Will definitely use this again.

Gyros Burgers

The boyfriend and I really enjoyed this recipe. It tasted and smelled just like the gyro's we get at the Greek place. I will definitely make this again.

I thought this recipe was spot on. I just added a cap full of white vinegar for a little more acid. I also drained the yogurts like many had suggested. I served this with the other recipe for Gyro Burgers and it was delish!

Pumpkin Cheesecake I

This is the first type of cake/cheesecake/pie I have ever made and it came out great. It was easy and tasted wonderful. I added a lil extra sugar because some said it wasn't sweet enough and my pies needed to cook a little longer than 50 minutes. I took one to an office party and it was a big hit. Thanks for a great recipe.

Apricot-Glaze Chicken

First time I made this I found the chicken to be lacking a lot of flavor. Second time I made it I added a few changes... and it came out great. I cut out about half the mayo and about half the minced onion. Then I decided to coat the chicken in bread crumbs before spooning the glaze onto the chicken. I added a few seasonings such as pepper, parsley flakes, a generic Italian seasoning mix, and a tiny bit of salt. With those changes the chicken cameout juicy and a lot more flavorful. I served it over Jasmine rice and it was great. Hope this helps a few of you.

Apple Chicken Quesadillas

Loved these quesadillas! I added cilantro and lime juice to the mixture and it came out great. I served it with spanish rice and sour cream. Fantastic!
