Chococonut Chip Cookies
I had a craving for some sort of coconut and chocolate chip cookie and this did quite well. Unfortunately, I didn't have brown sugar and I was able to use some maple syrup and white sugar as a substitute and they still came out pretty good. I cannot wait to try them with the real ingredients. Thanks!

Waffles I
I was really unsatisfied with boxed waffle mixes and this one was a great improvement. They were light and fluffy. I really enjoyed them. Thanks!

Banana Muffins II
Loved these. Used 1/2c brown sugar and 1/4c white and added a little cinnamon. Moist and delicious!
