Butterscotch Bread Pudding
This was really good. It was very easy to make. I followed suggestions and just made a few changes: only used 1 cup of brown sugar; I had only 1/2 cup butterscotch chips on hand, so I mixed in an additional 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips; I also used a loaf of a week old whole grain white bread and added cinnamon. It was sooooo good! Will definitely make again!
