Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
Really good, I didn't have creamy peanut butter, so used crunchy. I guess I'm more of a regular fudge fan, but for a peanut butter fudge it was really good. Kids liked it and called it caramels.

Pesto Pizza
Good, but didn't like the ricotta cheese on a pizza. Will try another pesto pizza recipe without the ricotta.

Be sure not to overbeat. Add sugar to graham cracker crust and more butter.
