German Zwiebelkuchen (Onion Pie)
Nice, rich and wonderful. If you are new to German food, this is almost like a onion quiche. If you leave off the caraway seeds it will still taste good. This recipe make enough for 3-4 pies, especially if you use a shallow pie crust.

Red Skinned Potato Salad
I'm not a potato salad eater, but my family loves it so I decided to make this. I tried it and it was awesome. The mix of the eggs in it enhanced the mayo flavor and the bacon added a nice saltiness and smoky flavor that really make it yummy!! I may be a potato salad eater afterall - thanks to this recipe. Note it taste better once it set s for a few hours.
