Over rice or pasta or even shredded cabbage! It was all good. Will make this one again and again.

Must have done something wrong or maybe one of the key ingredients went bad. Dunno, just really bland.

Mushroom Pork Chops

So good! I browned the chops, removed, then sauteed onions and mushrooms, added milk and soup, then threw everything in the oven at 350F for 30 mins or so. Tasty, moist and tender.

I used all oat bran and all whole wheat flour. The muffins came out very pretty and taste delicious, but were too crumbly for me.

Romaine and Mandarin Orange Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2008
Wow. So good. Was sick and tired of eating romaine with tomatoes and italian or caesar dressing. This was a refreshing, sweet, smoky, and savory (sorry for the alliteration, completely unintentional) dish that was perfect for a hot summer evening.

American Chop Suey II

Tasty, simple, fast, fun to mess around with - love it! My version ended up with a chili/Mex slant to it. Used rotini instead of mac. Added A1 steak sauce to the meat as it was cooking. I know - weird, but I like it. Also threw in some chili beans. Worried that the dish would still be a little bland, so I added cumin, cayenne, and chili powders to the pot *after* combining the primary ingredients. Then, topped it with jack cheese, put a cover on and let all that cheese melt into the twists and turns of the rotini. Washed it down with some Dos Equis. Great meal~

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
Yum yum gimme some. Followed the suggestions in the reviews, such as coating the meat in garlic, S&P, flour and browning before placing in the crockpot. Also, threw in a beef bouillion cube. The piece d'resistance is the soup; just love how versatile dry onion soup mix is! Threw in some baby carrots and teeny buttery gold potatoes too. The BF loved it as well; ate the rest for the next 2 days. UPDATE: Made it again, this time a Korean version, leaving out the mushroom soup, adding equal parts sesame oil and soy sauce, a 1/2 cup brown sugar, whole chestnuts and a few dried jujube plums. Friggin awesome asian creation.

Delicious Oat Bran Cereal

So easy and good. Have made this several times varying the ingredients a bit such as, different dried fruits, bananas, apples, chopped nuts, maple syrup, fat free evaporated milk (*creamy*). I know this sounds crazy, but I wanna make a choclate version of this....
