Cold Tuna Macaroni Salad
This is easy, and I always have all the ingredients on hand. Good meal for a potluck or summer dinner in a pinch. I had creamy italian dressing, which is a little more mild and blended well with the mayo mix. Overall this is a very easy, good, tasty salad!!

Rich Cheesecake Bars
Made this for a potluck - didn't even get any myself! Tasted great everyone said. Not necessarily like cheesecake, but like gooey cake bars. Still a big hit!

Ginger Snaps II
Great ginger snaps! I rolled the entire balls of dough in sugar, and they turned out just as good. I also greased the cookie sheet, just to be sure. Pretty simple to make, and taste great!
