These are, by far, THE BEST cookie I have ever eaten. I followed the recipe exactly and them came up so moist and soft (cake-like). I used exactly 3 large oranges for the zest, plus the juice from these oranges was exactly 2/3 of a cup! My Italian family absolutely loved these. I wouldn't change a single thing about this recipe. Yum!
