About this Cook
I am the mother of 2 wonderful kids. I am married to my husband who is my best friend and soul mate . I love to cook and plan out meals. Trying out new recipes is something I love to do. I really enjoy experimenting with cooking. It makes me real happy when people enjoy what I cook!
My favorite things to cook
Mexican food is probably my favorite food to cook. I could probably eat it 3-4 times a week!! But, I also like to bake goodies and other cuisines as well.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Having the family to eat together at dinner time and holidays
My cooking triumphs
Not always was I successful at my many experiments. But, over the years I have learned more and more what can work and what probably won't.
My cooking tragedies
Probably, I have done just about every cooking mistake there is. I have burned, under cooked, added wrong or too much of an ingredient, etc. But then, in the long run it pays off. By having these tragedies I have become a better cook and have taken on a love for it. Is now an enjoyable and fun part of my day and I know I won't be wasting so much food!

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake
there was not any left when I made this. It was part of our Christmas dinner and we all loved it!! I made 1/2 of the recipe and used 1-1/2 TBS. of the butter.
