I enjoy cooking & baking, it's relaxing for me. New England classics that remind me of my home town in Maine. I've been cooking since I was a small child. I love baking and sharing my kitchen creations with family & friends. I went through a phase of cooking cheesecakes for profit...they were in high demand for parties and gatherings. What a compliment! I once tried frying and filled the whole house with smoke….I still consider frying my weak point.
