Rich and Simple French Onion Soup
Delicious! Toast the bread, for sure! Definately use sherry! It made such a difference! Next time I will cut the thyme in half, it was a little over powering. Yummy! Can't wait to make it again!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
DELICIOUS!EASY!FAST! One of the easiest dishes I have ever made! My fiance HATES cottage cheese, but LOVED this recipe! I used crushed "club" crackers instead of bread crumbs...next time I will use bread crumbs though.

Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
First fudge I've ever made! DELICIOUS! It was so good, all my friends loved it at work!!! It was sooo easy to make. One of the easiest desserts if ever made. I will def. make them again.
