Thanksgiving Leftovers Stuffed Shells
Awesome way to use up leftover turkey and stuffing. Followed the recipe exactly and it is delicious Wife and both kids loved it, including daughter who doesn't like stuffing.

Apple Cake V
This recipe is solid, but I can't say it was great. I added extra apples, some cinamon, substituted some whole wheat flour and applesauce for the oil. Everyone at work "liked" it but didn't "love" it.

Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles
Many compliments from all on this recipe. I used the suggestions of others, such as using 1/2 the sugar, and using papricka instead of the tumeric. I also added different varities of peppers. This recipe is SO easy and very tasty. This will be a keeper!!
