I was looking for something different to bbq some chicken breasts so I thought I'd try this. It was pretty good. For some reason, the red wine vinegar threw me off, but I still enjoyed them. I think I'll scale back on that a bit the next time. Very tasty otherwise:)

Hearty Split Pea Soup

This recipe is amazing! I didn't even add the milk and it tasted wonderful. Next time I'll double it and freeze some. Yummy!

Ham with Pineapple Sauce

this sauce is amazing. my hubby is a big pineapple fan and couldn't get enough. not too sweet surprisingly...and keeps well for leftovers.

deeee-lish! i didn't change much-except i doubled the curry and grated the apple. i also opted to leave out the cream , only because i didn't have any..and it was yummy as is. this will be something i make again..and i can't wait to see how it tastes tomorrow!

this is a delicious, easy recipe. only changes i made was adding herbs de provence and a dash of red wine instead of sherry (only because i didn't have any) very yummy

i make these alot, either on metal skewers or as patty's and they're always yummy. serve with tzatziki and sometimes over basmati rice.

Chicken Papadoris

This recipe is delicious. I made it tonight and served it with the Carrot Rice recipe from this site and it was a huge hit. I took the advice of many reviewers and doubled the curry (just the right heat), and just let it simmer until the sauce reduced (didn't add the cornstarch). Will definitely make this again!

this was reallllllllly good!! i served it with the Chicken Papadoris recipe off this site and some naan bread, and it was a huge hit. the boyfriend said it was as good as you get in an Indian restaurant. thanks

Shortbread Meltaways

FINALLY! i've been looking for that "perfect" shortbread recipe for awhile now. i enjoy the traditional, but these are yummy...so light and melt in your mouth. buttery tasting...and so easy to make. thank you!
