Merwin's Chicken Marsala
Very Tasty. I did add some minced garlic, used the oregano to taste, doubled the sauce, added flour to thicken and than put the chicken back into the sauce to absorb more flavor. Will make again and again.

Mozzarella Chicken
The chicken was moist, but overall nothing spectacular tasting. The taste of the slice of mozzarella and the minced garlic get lost in the chicken.Perhaps more cheese and more garlic might zip the recipe up a bit. Thanks for sharing

Marinade for Chicken
Ladies and Gents, This marinade not only gets 5 stars but an oscar as well. The longer it marinades the more fabulous the flavor. Thanks for sharing
