Tomato Chicken Parmesan
Perfect. I used Chicken Tenderloins, our choice. The great thing about this recipe, is more grated cheese to breadcrumbs. Used mozzarella cheese, which I had on hand/sauce and angel hair pasta. Perfecto....... Thank You for Sharing

Stuffed Kielbasa
Great ,quick recipe. I used smoke sausage, a personal preference and added some cheddar cheese for the extra taste and color. My husband really enjoyed these. Thank You for Sharing

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze
The sauce was very thin and needs to be thickened. Overall, the only great comment I have, is the wonderful flavor of the rosemary. Sorry, but Thank You for Sharing
