Italian Sausage Soup

At other reviewers suggestion, I used hot italian sausage, 2 boxes of frozen spinach and orzo pasta. My husband (a pickey eater) said this is the best soup he's ever eaten!

Asian Rainbow Trout

My entire family loved this recipe! The flavors blend together beautifully - we added a little extra garlic and ginger, but that was just our preference - and it wasn't the least bit fishy. This is a great way to fix fresh rainbow trout.

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

I am a huge fan of yellow cake mix, so I thought I would love these bars - but I didn't. I took them to a work party and came home with more than half a pan left!They are okay, but I will not make them again.

Delicious! Perfect blend of salty and sweet. I added some extra peanuts (my own preference) and I did not refrigerate them, just let them sit out on the counter for a while, and they set up nicely. **Had a bit of trouble finding potato sticks, but it was worth the hunt!

Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

This cake is extraordinary! I doubled the icing and took it to a work party - it was gone in a ridiculously short amount of time, and people are still asking when I'm going to bring it in again. **The icing hardens pretty fast, so it spreads neatest for me if I put it on the hot cake while the icing itself is hot.
