I love cooking!!!! I started to cook since I was a kid. Yes of couse I burned the kitchen a couple of times but that taught me how to NOT burn it again!

Carrot Cake III
This is the best carrot cake I've ever tried! I made my first cake just as the recipe says, then I made my second one by substituting 2 cups all purpose flour for only 1 cup and 1 cup whole wheat flour. I also replaced one of the carrot cups for diced apples, added more cinnamon and some raisins! Moist & Delicious!

Chewy Cinnamon Bars
These cinnamon bars were soooo good ans chewy! but the only problem is that they contain so much butter. When I took off the pan, butter was dripping off of them. In the future I will decrease the amount of butter to maybe half. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
