Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms
Good recipe...I also made some changes...added some salt and pepper and also some jalapeno's for a spicier kick! Everybody loved at my get together!!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
This is a great Biscotti recipe! Just the right amounts of cranberry and pistachio. I shorten the second baking time by a minute or so for a softer biscotti.

Easy Chicken Enchiladas
This was a HIT with my family!! Very simple to make and TONS of flavor! I have been asked to make these chicken enchiladas on several occasions now!! I made two seperate dishes...one with green onions...the other (for the kids) without green onions!
