These tasted great! The only problem I had was with the frosting. If you let it rest for 20min, it becomes solid and clumpy! I had to microwave it in order to be able to spread it on the cookies. Next time, I'll just wait a few minutes and dip the cookies into the glaze. The frosting will be more smooth that way, not clumpy. Oh, and I used light brown sugar, and the color was a little pale for me. Next time I will use dark brown sugar. But the taste was great! My coworkers raved about them and asked for the recipe!

Do not substitute brown rice in this recipe! It took double the cooking time, and i finally just gave up and ate the crunchy rice. Maybe next time i'll follow the recipe thouroughly. My rating reflects the frustration i had with this recipe!

This was my first cream cheese frosting, and it was really good! I liked that it wasn't too sweet. I put it on top of strawberry cupcakes that i made for my coworkers, and they loved them!
