A Good Easy Garlic Chicken
JUST GOT DONE WITH DINNER AND THE FAMILY LOVED THIS CHICKEN ! I ADDED CHCKEN LEGS TO THE RECIPE SINCE "I THINK BREAST IS A LITTLE DRY" ALSO I DID FOLLOW A FEW SUGGESTIONS FROM SOME OF THE REVIEWERS. INSTEAD OF GARLIC POWER, I USED REAL GARLIC AND CHOPPED IT UP REAL FINE POURED IT OVER THE CHICKEN WITH FINE CHOPPED YELLOW ONION. IN A SEPERATE SMALL SAUCE PAN I ADDED SOME OF THE BUTTER JUICE THAT WAS COOKING WITH THE CHICKEN, AND 1/4 CUP OF FLOWER, (MORE SALT) WHISKED IT OVER A LOW FLAME UNTIL IT WAS LIKE GRAVY. POURED IT OVER THE CHICKEN 10 MIN BEFORE IT WAS DONE. IT WAS SPECTACULAR !!! QUICK & EASY. I SERVED IT WITH BOILED CARROTS & GREEN BEANS, AND SCALLOPED POTATOES THAT I ALSO GOT A RECIPE FOR ON THIS SITE.
WA LA!! DINNER IS SERVED....
