I listen to death metal and force my dear friends to let me cook for them. That pretty much sums up my personality. I love cooking chicken and fish, because you can give them so many different flavors...People have cried because of the spiciness of some of my favorite dishes...I bake/broil almost all the meat I prepare...I only use fresh produce, purchased same day...I have a habit of putting garlic in everything...I'm developing an addiction to mushrooms...and I make way too much rice every time I cook it. I prepared broiled chicken, salad, and pasta with red sauce for sixteen of my girlfriend's friends on her birthday. It took around three hours to make and all of it was gone in twenty-seven minutes. I got nothing but positive feedback...but I also swore to never, ever do that again. One day I tried to make my own pasta without a roller or any prior experience. Enough said.
