Anniversary Chicken I

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This was good and easy to make. I added 1 cup of chicken broth for extra sauce. I also added 1 can of mushrooms when I added the soup and cheese.I served it over egg noodles.

King Ranch Chicken Casserole III

This was great. Easy to make and my family enjoyed it. I left out the chicken broth as others suggested. This would be great to take to a potluck dinner.

I gave this 5 stars because it does taste great. I however had a hard time melting the white chocolate. I finally had to add more oil to get it to smooth out and pour. I'm not sure what went wrong for me, but when I finally got it mixed up, it was delicious.

Chicken Marsala

Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

This was very good. I did let all my ingredients come to room temperature before I assembled the cheescake. I also followed the suggestions from others to allow the cake to sit in the oven after baking with the temperature off. This helped set the cake. I didn't have a single crack in the cake, it was beautiful. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

Chocolate Martini a la Laren

This was great. I used vanilla vodka. I also added 1 ounce of half and half for an added creamy texture. I swirled chocolate syrup in the glass and added one Hershey's kiss to the bottom of the glass.
