Honey-Garlic Pork Ribs
I have fallen in love with a honey garlic dish at a local Thai restaurant. I tried this recipe but cut a pork tenderloin into small steaks instead of ribs. I omitted the mustard and ginger since I had none on hand. I used fresh garlic and garlic powder (can never have enough garlic)!! Marinated about 5 hours and grilled over charcoal, the steaks had a wonderful charred flavor. This is a recipe I will be using often!

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
I've never made portobello mushrooms before, and this recipe was very easy to follow (not much of a cook) and delicious! Although I think I followed the measurements exactly, I didn't have enough filling for all of the caps. I brought a leftover to work the next day and it looked and smelled gourmet! I highly recommend this.

Grilled Buffalo Wings
This was my first time making wings. I follwed the directions with the exception of cayenne pepper. I grilled them over charcoal as directed and they not only looked delicious, they were the best wings we've ever had! I don't like them too spicy and didn't like how spicy they were when we added cayenne (the second time we made them). I'll make them often without the extra hot!
