I am a married with 3 children, one grandchild. We are living in Honduras for 18 months before we move to another part of the world. I love learning to cook new things and being in different countrys helps ad to my cooking experence. The hollidays hold most of our family cooking traditions. The kids always wake up to Breakfast souffle on Christmas morning and we can't have turkey with out sweet potato caserole. People always seem to be pleased with the simple things. Develed eggs, meatloef and mashed potatoes, apple pie... Most of my tragities are that I cook without wrighting down how I made it so duplicating it is never the same. Around our table, when my husband loves something, it is always a dish I made with what I had on hand. Cooking off the hip I guess.
