Chicken Veggie Soup II
This was great- all 3 of my kids (ranging from a 2 year old to a 15 year old) loved the soup. Even my neighbor's kid complimented me on it. I tweaked the veggies based on what I had on hand (green beans, diced tomatoes, carrots celery), but everyone was pleased and we will definitely use this recipe again- thanks!!

New Year's Champagne Punch
We had a Masquerade Ball this New Year's Eve and this was a hit (besides the firework show)!!! Frozen strawberries were a great add. We used plain orange sherbert and followed the rest of the recipe and we had everyone asking how to make it-- We had large pitchers filled the whole night!!!

Potato Soup a la Inge
My family liked this soup, but for those of us not experts in quarts, pints, etc. and obviously not experts in cooking it was a drag to convert (especially when trying to teach children). We added more potatoes and left over Christmas turkey. Also added shredded cheese as suggested...yummy.
