Successfully made a Bûche de Noel. I was nervous about having to roll the cake out onto the dishtowel covered with confectioners sugar. It turned out awesome though!

Making a pineapple cake for our Samoan family friend....the end result was fine...however the cake fell apart after we had to flip it over =/
