I am a 15 year old Aussie in America. I have two sisters (Brie & Eden), two cats (Ringo & Jasper), three fish (Moery, &, Ga Lloyd), and one lovable dog Leni. I LOVE to swim, ski, surf, skateboard (I'm not skaterish though), and play sports! I guess I am more of a baker than a cook. I LOVE to bake cakes, cookies, quick breads, scones, pies, bar cookies, muffins...the list goes on. Lots...my mom's stuffing is a classic. Everyone who's ever tried it begs for the recipe. My grandma's apple crisp is a favorite too. Successfully made a Bûche de Noel. I was nervous about having to roll the cake out onto the dishtowel covered with confectioners sugar. It turned out awesome though!
