Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
LOVE this recipe! I made it for two (used 1/2 lb meat) and used a shake of garlic powder instead of fresh. I also didn't have parsley so just left it out. Delicious. Very juicy and held together too. I had mine with cheese and ketchup, no need for mustard on this one. I can't wait to have it again!

Enchiladas Suisas
This recipe has now replaced my sister in laws recipe I had for enchiladas - it is SO good. Although I wouldn't really call them "zesty" (maybe that's because I used two cans of mild diced green chilies) they are full of flavor and taste like yummy enchiladas from Mexican restaurants. Frying the corn tortillas kept them crunchy and prevented sogginess. Also, I only dipped the inside of the tortillas in the sauce and poured some in the bottom of the pan, then over them as the recipe calls for. Like another reviewer said, don't be afraid of pouring the cream over them, it turns out awesome. A little time consuming the first go, but well worth it. YUM!

Caramel Fruit Dip
I was expecting something a little more rich in the caramel department. This recipe is VERY creamy. Best if you get a large dollop on each apple slice so you can really get the flavor of the caramel. Pretty good, but no one really gobbled this at my get together. Probably won't make it again.
