I'm starting cooking while I'm 17 yo and should be living far away from my parents for school. Love to try cooking my childhood food and also new recipes from everwhere, especially at this site. I love to cook asian and Italian food, grill seafood, steak and vegetable, bake simple cake and bread. And wanted to learning how to decorating cake It could be my 'Black Forest Cake' I made it for my Fathers birthday. Until now he still said that my cake is the best cake he ever eat. The first time I tried to bake cake, it came out really really messy... the butter blow up everywhere inside the oven :D
