Authentic Thousand Island Dressing
I'm glad to see homemade dressing recipes - personal preference, I didn't like this one, but appreciate the submit.

Spicy Cranberry Chutney
Served this over baked Brie & was very good. Per other reviews, I decreased the ginger & couldn't taste it it, so next time I will make, as written.

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup
I learned this recipe, in the 1970's, from Weight Watchers (it was in their cookbook and people on the diet learned about it quickly, at the meetings). I learned to use V-8, diluted, as a base, and to add Worcestershire sauce, zucchini, and yellow squash, and to use a variety of non-starchy veges. One thing that made a huge difference for me, is to add a heaping dollup of fat-free cottage cheese to the bowl of hot soup - much more satisfying, and takes the squeak off the veges!
