Summer Squash Bake
I added minced garlic and fresh basil to the squash while cooking, so the flavor was fine. The only reason I have to say that this recipe wasn't so good is that the consistency was all very bland and... mushy. If I would try it again, I would throw in larger bread crumbs, so that they could be crunchy to add more interest

Tuna Noodle Casserole I
Versatile, easy, and delicious recipe! I did the recomended doubling of cheese sauce, which had great results. Also, I used frozen green beans, pepper mix, and a leftover cob of corn from the previous night's dinner for my veggies. A few extra spices were thrown in for a boost as well. The tuna could have been doubled, but with my tuna-hating sister in mind I kept to the recipe in that aspect- and she loved it! This recipe was excellent because it can be made from a variety of fresh or frozen products, and comes out great!

Tomato Soup
Great Recipe! I added upon recomendation some half & half, along with some sugar, a can of corn, and a few other micellanious spices. I was hoping for a more creamy soup, as in texture. However, the tomatos were pretty big chunks, in a watery broth. I pureed about 2/3 of the soup, and it made a much nicer consistency.
