Confetti Salad by Jean Carper
The flavor is great - so it got 4 stars. But it is SO HEALTHY too, it got the extra point. We will be eating this regularly. Thanks for a great recipe.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
We loved it! I made it in mini pans and cooked at 325 for 40 minutes in a convection oven. Perfect.

Asian Chicken Salad
My husband and I had to give this a 5. We made a few changes wqhich were suggested by others, we added a can of mandarin oranges, and a can of sliced Water Chestnuts. We used the La Choy Rice noodles off the grocery store shelf. We also doubled the dressing and let the cooked chicken marinate in it for a while. There were several different suggestions for the "greens' and we went with mixed greens - but the others would have worked wonderfully. It was FABULOUS! And we don't give this rating very often. If you do the dressing "right" you can't really fail with this.
