About this Cook
I love to teach others on returning to our grand mas old ways of cooking. WAY back to flour salt sugar and basics. NO heat and serve junk" when bond was done in the kitchen and food was awsome and worth the wait.
My favorite things to cook
NEW recipes my guest bring in from momma or just good home baked goodies.
My favorite family cooking traditions
GETTING young folks in the kitchen and getting there minds open to great food laughs and why heat and serve failed us
My cooking triumphs
cookie party with the guest from my resturant who i catered long and hard for years
My cooking tragedies
CAKE cell phone" the cake was my 100th cake on a 20 hour shift and my cell phone fell in and was cooked frosted delivered and cut into. LETS say it was my worse nightmare to have boss yelling at me on site and in front of my guest. CHRISTMAS for some is great but" kitchen folks its our nightmare and test of our love for our jobs
