Green Tomato Raspberry Jam
The only reason I gave this 4 stars is for the changes I made, but I give the concept 5 stars!! Due to texture issues, I peeled the tomatoes first, put them in the blender for a bit, then strained out the seeds. I also reduced the sugar to 3 cups, then boiled it on a lower heat until it had condensed quite a bit. We experimented with different flavors of Jello (by halving the recipe, you only have to use 1 box) and, other than the color, they were all great. The red turned out the best as far as color goes. My favorite part is that I can use all the end of the season tomatoes from the garden!

Busy Night Turkey Taco Soup with Avocado Cream
My family loves this soup! I use it to use up leftover turkey or chicken and it's wonderful. I haven't made the avacado cream, but serve it over or with (depending on the style of the individual) tortilla chips and topped with sour cream! Sooo yummy!

New Duchess Spice Cake with Maple Buttercream Frosting
Very good cake! No problems with moisture, as I layered the buttermilk with the dry ingredients and turned back the baking time. Just a note, I don't usually have buttermilk hanging around, so if I have a recipe that calls for it I combine 1 cup of milk with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This is a great substitute!
