Banana Sour Cream Bread
This is amazing! The cinnamon/sugar coating give a little crunch to this otherwise very moist bread. I cut the recipie by a 1/4 because I only have 1 bread pan (and can't eat any more than that before it goes bad). My measurements were a little off, but it still turned out wonderful. Will make again and again!

Asparagus Parmesan
Delicous! I am normally not an asparagus fan, but I thought I'd give it a try. Now I am hooked!

Chocolate Chip Muffins
Very very dry muffins. Recommend adding a little more liquid ingredents - vanilla and maybe an extra egg.
