I just made these today and thought they were really good - 2 of my 3 boys loved them. Their favorite way to have them is with butter, cinnimon and sugar. My husband and I like them with butter and fresh parmesan cheese. I didn't think they were hard to make, but they are time consuming. Also, I noticed that you really don't need to let them rise again after you dip them in the baking soda solution as the recipe indicates because they rise to a perfect size on their own while baking. They were really good, but not 5 stars "the best" rating. I will make them again though.
