Flax and Sunflower Seed Bread
I don't review often, but this is worth a review. This bread is excellent. I did not use a bread machine and made it by hand. After I mixed the ingredients together and kneaded, I let it rise in a loaf pan covered about 2 hours and baked at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. It is delicious by itself or for a healthy sandwich. Last night, we grilled burgers and I toasted two slices and put a turkey burger with cheese between the toasted slices for a "turkey patty melt". Excellent - and its a filling bread not to mention a healthy alternative!

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
This was absolutely delicous. All the family loved it - my husband especially jsut ate it all up. I think the next time I make it, I could get away with putting a little more "stuffing" in it because some of it seeps out during cooking. I found the garlic cheese spread at Super Target by the deli case. I thought of doing a little romano and mozzerella too so that it "sticks" better and doesn't seep out. I figure if a little extra is put in, you are still left with enough in the middle maybe, right? I also topped with some sauce and mozzerella. Very good and we will make it again. Simple to prep too which is a plus!

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo
I am not quick to give 5 stars unless something lives up to the name and this definitely does. This was as good as any restaurant if not better. I sprinkled fresh shredded parmesan to the top of each serving for my hubby and boys. I also cooked some boneless skinless chicken breast and cut it into strips and added to the sauce at the end. This recipe was a big hit! Excellent!
