Easy Chili I

I made this chili at the beginning of the football season and everyone loved it! It's definitely on the menu for the Super Bowl. I will literally have a "Super Bowl" of chili... ha ha, ok corny i kno. :O)

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

This is so smart! I love to bake and broil pretty much everything I can because it's sooo low maintenance! I make my bacon and sausage in the oven now 2. lol. THANX!!! :O)

Homemade Bagels

So mine didn't come out exactly perfect but I have faith in this recipe! My 5yo loved them and ate almost all of them. lol. I think I might add more yeast into the mix to make them fluffier...

The celery is a great helper in this recipe however I didn't enjoy the margarine at all. But that's probably just a personal preference. :O) Thank u!

Ultimate Shrimp Scampi

I used half the spaghetti and it was still a huge meal. My boyfriend said it was the best scampi he has ever had! I had to take his word for it though since I am allergic... It smelled amazing! Thank you so much for helping to make his birthday a little extra special :O)

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

So easy! Used aluminum foil and threw away the bacon mess! Also threw some sausage on there and of course that worked out perfect 2. Thank u soooooooo much, I no longer hate to cook bacon!

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

I made these ahead of time for an enchillada recipe and they were great when they came straight off the pan but after a while they became so stiff that when I tried to roll the enchillada sauce in them they broke. However no one noticed this since they were smothered in taco sauce and MEGA CHEESE! lol. I'm going to try to roll them thinner next time, maybe that will help. Thanks!
