This recipe definitely needs tweaked for me, but I think it's a good starting point to work from. First of all, a whole packet of onion soup in the rice was wayyy too much, so I'll probably use half a packet next time. Also, my chops ended up really dry, so be sure that they are thick enough or don't cook for a full hour.

I was really unimpressed by this recipe. It was perfectly ok, but nothing special. Granted I couldn't find the adzuki beans at my market, so maybe that's the secret ingredient....but I found the soup pretty bland all-in-all.

This was really good. The zucchini at the grocery didn't look very good, so I used asparagus. Also, I had a lot of extra vegetables so i ate it just as a vegetable medley and it was very good. Actually reheated pretty well too.:)
