Easy Tiramisu
I have two suggestions to prevent the cheese mixture becomes too runny. Make sure you mix the egg yolk with sugar until you can see some ribbon shape forming. If the Mascarpone cheese is too fresh, it will make the mixture very runny. Try to dehydrate it, by leaving it in an open container inside the fridge for 2 days.
