Streusel Topped Rhubarb Stir Cake

Wow!! Completely loved this cake, it came out soft and just the right amount of sweet. The only substitution i made was to use yoghurt instead of sour cream, and I would also cut down the flour in the streusel to maybe half next time, as it came out a bit too floury for me. But this was my first time using rhubarb, and I think I'm going to use this cake every time!!

Bee Lian's Rich Orange Cake

Wow this came out really great. The only thing that I would change a little bit, is to add something that really concentrates the flavour, like maybe some orange marmalade instead of part of the juice, because the orange flavour didn't really come through all that much. But it was a good cake with a nice even texture and a beautiful colour.

Ice Cream Kolacky

I made this with vanilla and mango ice creams, And I have to say the vanilla was wayy better!! I rolled it out real thin, and filled it with a coconut-icing sugar mix, and it tasted amazing!! I also made some thumbprints and filled them with orange marmalade, and that was great too. everyone requested I make them again soon! thanks for a great and easy recipe!!

Pancakes I

This was my first attempt making pancakes and i was sooo surprised that they actually came out awesome!!! i tweaked it a LITTLE, added about double the sugar but it was amazing!!! i think just a hint of vanilla or any other essence to cover up the slightly eggy smell would be nice but this recipe is definitely for keeps!! thanks a lot!

Italian Fresh Purple Grape Cake

This was very yum and an innovative cake. But maybe here in India the grapes aren't as small or sweet 'coz the skins added a slightly sour taste which spoilt it for some people.

Jesse and Steve's Fresh Strawberry Cake

Ive made this three times so far and each time it was finished within 24 hours!! I always make this as soon as strawberries come into season! and I've even tried it with frozen strawberries, which was good, but fresh was better. thanks for a great recipe!

Wacky Cake IV

My god!! This was the most awesome eggless chocolate cake I've ever tasted!! Everyone ate it right up, there wasn't even a crumb left! And the icing complements the cake perfectly too...

Blueberry Streusel Muffins

I don't know if it is just that i REALLY messed up the recipe, but these muffins came out really bad, with no taste whatsoever. As someone else said, the non-berry parts are tasting very bland, even with the addition of some lemon juice.

Ripe Grape Pie

this recipe turned out amazing!!i was a little apprehensive about the grapes, but it was sooo yum! i used a shallow dish, and strips of dough instead of a whole covered pie, and baked for about 25 mins at 200C, coz the filling bubbled over at higher temperatures. next time I'm thinking a streusel topping would really go well with this pie!! thanks a ton!!
