Asian Sugar Snap Pea Appetizer

I steamed my peas without the olive oil for 4 minutes in water in the microwave. Added a little fresh ginger to the mixture and fresh garlic. Everyone loved it. I will make again and again

Raspberry Summer Pudding (English Style)

I didn't have fresh raspberries, so I used 1 1/2 cups of strawberries and 2 banana's with whole wheat bread instead of white then added a little cinnamon. Everyone LOVED this. Reminds me of bread pudding
