This is very tasty, with a cakey texture. Next time I'll cut the recipe in half, because it made two round cake pan sizes.

Black Bean and Rice Salad

For me the rice cooked up too wet even though I used less olive oil. I think I would cook the rice with only the corn juice next time, and cut back on the lemon juice.

White Chili I

quick, easy, lowfat and tasty. what more could you want? I would personally use less chicken. I used fresh cilantro instead of dried.

The flavor is marvelous. I substituted 1 1/2 cup of 1% milk and 1/2 cup half-and-half, and the soup still came out rich and creamy. There is no amount of water given for the wild rice; I followed the directions on the box. Instead of 20 min for the rice, my box said 50 so I let it cook longer.
