This is a great recipe. I made them a few weeks ago and left them in the oven for 15 minutes. I found them a bit too dry. I made them again today and decided to remove them from the oven after 10 minutes and they turned out moist and not so over cooked like the last time.

I mede these cookies for my nieces who are allergic to eggs and everybody including those who did not have any allergies loved them. Great recipe. Thanks

I made this cheesecake this past weekend for a family gathering. The only change that I made was I added two teaspoons of pure vanilla extract and followed the other reviewers advise to bake for 3 hours at 200F. There were no cracks and it tasted amazing.
